IIS7.5 Web.Config problem

Under what save as type do i put it on like for example .txt i want to know which one to choose

Ok Thanks it worked now im going to fix Unknown column 'seckey' in 'field list'

ALTER TABLE `users` ADD `seckey` VARCHAR(999) NOT NULL

Run that SQL query.
