IIS web.config - element system.web > child element 'rewrite' is not valid.

Hey.
So far, I've restarted the server and now CloudFlare is giving 502 error which is I think from web.config file, because:

I have no clue why it did this. It was working well before.
That happened when I've restarted the VPS.
Yeah, I've tried googling and come up with this, but it didn't work because there is no such file that is pointed in tutoral.

Ontopic i have no idea but, apparently some people fixed it by reinstalling VS 2017/2012/2015?

Otherwise it'd probably help to post your error log with the following command in an elevated command prompt:
devenv /log

Tried those already, there is no xsd file in xml/schemes folder. That could be the issue but idk?

Seems like the issue is pretty obvious if it's a child element inside your web.config

Hey, thanks for this. It doesn't give 502 but 522 now. What should I do ?
 
Edit: it was my internet giving 522 error, its still 502 .

Well, the .Net version is v4.0.30319 .
Web.config currently:

( i didn't delete the <handlers> becuase it gave me iis error.)

Okay. I've reinstalled the VS Community 17 And The blue line doesn't exist and it doesn't give any error.
But now, it keeps giving 502 error.
