I have PHP Installed And MYSQL and navicat i setup the DB and everything did everything you said to do for IIS install.

But after extracting the site to wwwroot then going to the site i did the web.config part too. I get this error:

Make sure you open the default site options in IIS manager and add index.php and move it to the top of the list. Then and load the site again.

Have you installed Helicon APE and added the .htaccess rules?

Wanna teamview me and see what the error looks like lol. You cannot put index at top because Its alphabetical order.

Try deleting the others just leaving index.php see if it works.
