IIS Problem

Hello guys, I've got an error on IIS that wont let me go through Localhost

Proof :

You must be registered for see links

Error :
HTTP Error 404.8 - Not Found

The request filtering module is configured to deny a path in the URL that contains a hiddenSegment section.

Have you even tryed installing MYSQL into IIS and PHP?
