[IIS] Problem

Alright, So, I'm trying to make something for testing purposes on my computer, and I'm using IIS. I'm getting this Error.

How can I fix this? I think it has something to do with PHP. but I'm not sure.

I don't see an error? I see a directory listing

I mean, how do I fix this to where it shows the index.php of /v1

When I go to localhost/v1/index.php I get this

Just move the index.php page from "/v1" to the root folder.
