IIS Problem

I've added RevCMS and recieve this error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.


It's a 500 Internal Error and I've been trying to figure out whats the problem for about 2 hours now -.-

Even made a HTML file,

You must be registered for see links

That makes it 403

Have you tried changing your .htaccess to a web.config file?
