I just got back into making habbos,

You must be registered for see links

How do I fix that?

go to wwwroot. Delete ".htaccess" and create a new file and call it "web.config"
and put this inside it

Didn't change a thing, and yes, I did restart IIS. Twice.

Ok, Go into IIS Manager, Look for "Directory Browsing" and on the Right Panel click "Enable"

Got that, now I am guessing I have to install php?

Yes, PHP Must be 5.X or higher. And you will need MySQL Later.

To be specific, search "PHP 5".
