IIS HELP ?

Hello, i have IIS and Everything Setup (Navicat/ MySQL) , ive uploaded files (

) but my site is not showing up but there is Websites Files. Why, please can SOMEONE fix so my IIS works ?

IIS ERROR:

Server Error

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

IIS Website Folder:

Computer - Interpub - WWWROOT

import .htaccess into url rewrite

Go to the website using localhost, is there a specific error? You might need a PHP module. Other than that, make sure you're using web.config which is the rewrites instead of .htaccess
