iis 7 and navi cat help me :(

i add mysql correct.
and delete the normal iis files.
and i get the iis 500 error (normal error code) how to i disable it? or get rid of it?
and on navi cat the database wont import?
at the moment im on xampp but i keep getting dosed.
can someone tell me what to do please?

Just use XAMPP. It's very easy to setup.
