IIS 500.19 Error

About 4th time i installed iis now i'm getting this error.

I'm using my web.config from my other vps which worked fine & i tried other web.configs but gives same error.

I know exactly what you mean. I had this error by installing Coldfusion on my web-server. What you need to do is this,
You need to go to

Application groups -> Click on DefaultAppPool -> Advanced Settings -> 32-bits Application Is false, set it on true. r

estart the website, and it should work then bru!
