I need R63B hole package with fixes? [PAYING]

Basically the title more-less says it all. I need a r63b hotel package including the following:
EMU, DB clean, SWFS working, bugs fixed on the client, CMS can be any without any exploits though.

Lets say for example I need a hotel without any bugs or can have atleast a few bugs but no serious. Anyone who can provide me with the following said above I will indeed pay you either through UKBT or Paypal your choice. iv'e been looking around on different forums I'm not good at all fixing bugs and whatnot thats why i'm asking here. Comments please. (Please don't reply if you can't provide what I have said above.)
