You can translate them yourself, but you also can have a look at Dutch Habbo retro’s and use theirs as base. Try Leet Hotel. Best of luck!

External Texts is unrelated to the CMS you use.
Are you actually using the Flash Client? I'd recommend not to lol...
Also, you're gonna want ExternalTexts.json if you just use Nitro client... (/nitro-assets/gamedata/)

You can possibly rip it from Habbo NL using the Habbo Downloader, just change the path to Habbo NL.

True but u can easy convert txt to json if you just google it
