I have a habbo retro right now on my localhost. Friends and so on can only join if they are in my hamachi network. My problem is that i want to make the retro public with an domain. But i dont have money to buy it. Can i make it free somewhere easy? Please answer quick! Im in a hurry!

Not exaclty,you can always set up host name.

Omg it actually worked. But still my hamachi ip is shown when im enter the domain, dosent people have to join my hamachi then?

They will still need to join your network
(Note: I don't know much about hamachi ran hotels so i might be wrong about the network)

NO-IP and Portforward but hotel will be up only if your pc is on.

So your IP doesn't show up.
 
Just change hotel url from your ip to your new host name.
