I have ranked myself 9 on Navicat, MySQL, but rank does not appear on retro.

I have ranked myself on Navicat MySQL as 9 under Users.

But when I go to my retro, I look at my ranks and it says 0, I then go to the Staff Page and I do not appear in Admins.

I've checked the staff page rank tolerance, and it says that it can accept 9 because I've just made it so.

I am not sure what the issue is, but here are some screenshots if these will help:

Does rank 9 exist in your permissions_groups table

Ok while having navicat open, set your rank in the users table to rank 9. Logout of your cms and refresh your users table and verify your rank is still 9. Log back in and verify again. Go to staff page, verify your rank again, and see if you show.

If at any point your rank updates back to 0 , your problem is with that page on your cms. If this all works, the problem is with your emulator

Just done this, something very interesting happened.

When I logged back into Navicat, I checked my rank and it was 0.

I just ranked myself to 9 and I refreshed my retro and my rank has appeared to not update
 
I now appear on the staff page

It all works, just a bug with the rank part of the my info section.

I simply had to refresh Navicat!

Try log out and in again, or if not check in class.template and see what {rank} is pointing too. If it's not there you may have to add it.

Good news! Everything works now, including my housekeeping, and the rank system.
