This has been answered literally hundreds of times. Change the clock settings in Windows, the decimal point is wrong.

Step one: Do not use PlusEMU, use Arcturus Morningstar instead

It's the only emulator that will offer you HTML5 support when flash dies.

And plus is abandoned and very outdated.

There is a release on devbest, that is using Arcturus EMU, and a Arcturus RevCMS Edit.

Drag emu to desktop, drag wwwroot files to ur htdocs, link swfs, edit swfs, execute Database into navicat/phpmyadmin, start emu
