I have a few questions

Hello DevBest! I used to be part of the Habbo Retro community in 2011-2012 and I used to run quite a big retro hotel on a VPS.
Unfortunately, as the years passed I lost my experience and I forgot how to set up a retro. Now, me and my friend are looking to return to the retro scene.
I just have a couple of basic questions, that I believe some of you may find noobish, but I hope you can help anyways. All I need is a hint on what CMS and what emulator I should use. I am not looking for a RP emu, just a normal one.
Also, if anyone can link me to a tutorial which shows how I can setup my retro with IIS on a VPS, I would appreciate it.

I was never really fond of that emulator, you should use Gold Tree if your aim is to have an R63.
