I have a few questions

Hello DevBest! I used to be part of the Habbo Retro community in 2011-2012 and I used to run quite a big retro hotel on a VPS.
Unfortunately, as the years passed I lost my experience and I forgot how to set up a retro. Now, me and my friend are looking to return to the retro scene.
I just have a couple of basic questions, that I believe some of you may find noobish, but I hope you can help anyways. All I need is a hint on what CMS and what emulator I should use. I am not looking for a RP emu, just a normal one.
Also, if anyone can link me to a tutorial which shows how I can setup my retro with IIS on a VPS, I would appreciate it.

Well i was offering a hand but ok, RP emulators are easy to find, which effort needs to be put in but here ya go EMU:

I myself have never been a huge fan of HabboRP so therefore, I would just like to make a hotel where people can chill and stuff.

Oh thats easy lol, just look in server releases PlusEMU, Mercury Emu for R63B and Gold Tree for R63

Use a REVCms

RevCMS is a great CMS to use for it's flexibility but I would also give UberCMS a try as well.
