I can't access websites?

I can't access websites as it claims I'm using a proxy, even though I don't believe I am? How can I resolve this?

Maybe something in your firewall is preventing that site from fully giving you itself. (Worded poorly).

Yes, quite a lot due to Xampp problems

Depending on what browser you are using, go to your windows firewall >> Advanced Settings.
Check that no program has the same port or anything like that.
Also, make sure that google chrome or firefox or whatever has been allowed through both your private networks and public.

I just reinstalled Google Chrome and I forgot to allow it but I have now and it still is giving me the same message?

Try and ping the domain, can you reach the IP? If not, try doing a trace route.
