I'll treat that comment with the contempt it deserves. I'm not a new-comer for a start. In any case, there's only so many variations of the word 'Habbo' you can have so I think its quite a stretch to say we are taking anyone's hotel name. If we'd opened as 'Fresh Hotel' or 'Zap Hotel' then I'd be more inclined to agree. What you refer to as the same/similar approach as other hotels is what happens in any competitive 'market' so to speak. You adopt things that you see your competitors doing well and look for ways to improve them alongside incorporating your own unique aspects to gain a competitive advantage. Yes, I am the 'Dev' so to speak (only recently though). I don't have anything to do with that SWF though - it was there when I joined (hence my being unclear on its origins). The hotel has had changes in management/ownership recently and we are in the process refining things and we've got some good ideas for the future. Our community is really growing and we think we've got the balance about right between developing the more technical aspects of the hotel and actually being active within our own community. We're constantly improving the hotel but I live a life outside of the hotel too and these things take time, therefore, I would urge you to return to the hotel at some point in the future to see what we've been up to. Whilst I am by no means a Developer/Programmer by trade (especially compared to some of the very talented people we have in this community) I've learnt a lot from this over the years and I look forward to being able to apply more ideas to the hotel. I know how to edit an SWF and I'm sure this is something that will happen at some point in time it's just not really been a going concern up to now. @everyone All in all, people have to realise that these things don't happen overnight so I will be taking many of your comments with a pinch of salt. I do welcome constructive feedback, however.
