HTML wont appear on website???

Hey guys i am having some trouble with some HTML that won't be showed on my website, it only does on local machine (using xampp) I have tried to contact the web hosting staffs but the answers they give me dosen't help at all.. I am using PHP 7.0.

The things it wont show is forms like <form action="" method="">Inputs in here an so on</form>

And it wont show the CSS stuff either..

Show us your code or provide the address.. What is it with people not providing enough information now adays?

More information is needed. PHP version does not matter for HTML (unless being dumb and using PHP to echo out simple HTML)
