.Htaccess doesnt work?

Hello Im using ubercms ive tried other cms's too also phoenix php but the IIS 7 gets confused with the htacess
and when i goto site/register it ends up showing a site/register/ folder . Any way to fix. Great appreciation if you help me kty

IIS doesn't use .htaccess but web.config you can

You must be registered for see links

to translate your .htaccess to a web.config format.

Get the IIS7 URL Rewrite Module. You can then import .htaccess's then it will render it into a web.config, which is used for IIS.
