How would i open up Emulator, Habbo.swf & DB on windows 8.1

ofc windows 8 is but opening the files is still the same.

you also have to have a certain program from inside the windows app store to view it and extract the files

u dont need anything u can use all the normal files you used on win 7

so like when i click to copy files then extract the files the try to open them it says that i would need a program out of the app store

i used to use windows 8 and never had that issue so idk then

Lol. Right click the file, open with and select your program.
It's the same as Windows 7. You either don't have a program that can read the files, or haven't set the program up correctly.

Either way, if you're struggling with opening files, I don't think you should make a retro.
