3. Allow each person to vote x times every y hours.
4. Display poll results every y hours
5. Optional: remove the poll option/user who has the least votes.

Yeah, I kind of want to make a game where if someone is voted out, you can make it look like they've been evicted, how that whole game has been set up, What would I need to do to link a game to the voting as well. So for example people play a game and they have a score. I don' know if anyone has played the game Tengaged but I want to make a similar game.

Start be designing it? What do you mean where to start? Go read tutorials on how to make voting systems
