How to use new skin revcms

Well i dont know to use new skin in habbo
People said. Copy and paste to xampp/htdocs/app/tpl/skin Right?
And then edit in "config" What is the name folder skin
But idk why it work and sometime its not work?
Do i need change other too? Please help

How to Add housekeeper
Btw i tried change in phpmyadmin rank user to 7. 7 for be administrator
But i still dont have housekeeper? Please help

The template folder goes into /app/tpl/skins/
In the config file in the /app/managment/ folder edit the

$_CONFIG['template']['style'] = "Folder name";

To match the folder's name of your template.
If you have changed your rank to 7 logout of the cms and log back in and it should let you login, if it doesn't then see class.users.php in /app/
and edit this line

if(($this->getInfo($_SESSION['user']['id'], 'rank')) >= 4) // change 4

to the admin (7) or moderator (6) rank.

Alright. Is your hotel r63 or r63b?

Lately, I've been seeing a ton of r63b retros not being able to find their housekeeping. I've helped two people, and both followed @SnipeCamp 's tutorial, so I don't think anyone else should be following his tutorials, unless he decides to warn them about the errors and gives them a solution to it.

Anyway, now that I've thrown that shade... Also, if it's possible, could you give screenshot(s) of your retro's skin?
