How to setup retro on webhost?

Titles a little biased because I know how to set it up on the webhost but how would I setup it so I can run the Cms on my webhost and run the server from my computer>

Dear god don't be retarded, because you're going to get your CMS setup on web host and then guess what? You will have to shut it down, reconfigure it and re-set it up ANYWAY when you could easily in a matter of 2 steps set it up on localhost and then just drag, drop and change the IP.

I'd suggest you get a windows VPS, that's what I'm on and it;s running good

I know. I dropped the web host idea and just bought a VPS.

Web Host is the last option in retro development. Forget about making it if your not going to spare any of your penny in your pocket.
