how to set a welcome room

hello there, ive finally made my new r63, its so far looking great. but im having a problem on setting a welcome room. My welcome room is done, i just need users that reload hotel, or load up the hotel, go to the welcome room.
Like Habboon etc... if you know how to, just pm me and post below ty
