How to redirect to housekeeping

Hey,
I wanted to add in a housekeeping for staff on my hotel. However, I placed the HK folder into my Habbo skin (app/tpl/skins/Habbo/hk) and whenever I try going onto {url}/hk it doesn't work and redirects to /404 and says Page Not Found?
Do I need to add something to my web.config file?

After you put hk folder in your app/tpl/skins/yourskin/ you should be able to access it from yoursite.com/ase/login

Am I meant to have ase at the wwwroot folder? Because I don't and I'm seeing other people have a ase folder in there.
