You could try to host it on a webhost, but Its difficult, and you need a buy a good webhost. None of the free ones would work I think.

You can host it 24/7 with a VPS, but you can also host it on your computer, but its not as good as a VPS.

If you want to host the retro on your pc, you need to portforward. I think most VPS are already portforwarded, so you do not need to on a VPS.
