What i really want is to secure my xampp from anyone else i want it to be like this if someone trys to go in it

Access forbidden!

Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.

Goto C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\ then open httpd-xampp and search for:

    Allow from all
 
    ErrorDocument 403 /error/HTTP_XAMPP_FORBIDDEN.html.var
