Hey Devbest
I wanted to post a thread based on Habbo Hotel in 2003, yeah that is cool. There will be probably people saying "there was no point of posting this" well listen up smart arse, people adore old Habbo. Furthermore if anyone complains about not adding images to support the thread then you're begging for a post count or you're trying to look like a smart arse. I know what I'm doing, no images ain't gonna confuse the shit out of you. It's like reading a book without pictures.
So here's
Step 1) Easy steps here all you gotta do is just download the pack and extract 'Habbo 2003 Pack' to your htdocs
Step 2) Open up the V5 folder and right click 'index.php' and click 'Edit with Notepad++'
and what you gotta do is simply replace '127.0.0.1' with your IP/VPS IP/ or other and the same goes for 'localhost' and once you've done that move onto step 3. Are you with me? If you're not then post a comment.
Step 3) Now we're going to go in the V5 folder again and open up the folder ex and once you've opened it right click 'external_variables_en2' and click 'Edit with Notepad++' and replace 'localhost' with your IP/VPS IP or other. Are you with me? If you're not then post a comment.
Step 4) Now we're done with that go to 'localhost/phpmyadmin' if you're using IIS7 then download Navicat for MYSQL, downloads below if you need it. So once you're logged in make sure to create a table called 'v5' Now upload the database 'blunk.sql' - it's in the file 'V5 EMU'. Are you with me? If you're not then post a comment.
Step 5) Okay so everything is cool now, if not then you know.. post a comment! Open up 'V5 EMU' and open 'db_sql.properties' with Notepad++ and once you've done that
replace 'MYSQL Password' with your password and replace 'DB NAME HERE' with v5. Once you've done that make sure to download the latest version of Java or if you already have it then it's fine, so now what you gotta do is open up the emulator and go to '
Step 6) Create your account and everything should work!
Are you with me? If you're not then post a comment.
