How To Make A R63B Retro In 2020 IIS

Hello Devbesters how are you guys doing, today im going to show you guys how to make a habbo retro r63b using plusemu in 5 simple parts.
This is my FIRST release!
To be honest with everyone im the not the best but I promise to show you guys the right steps to get where you want to be.

Those are all the downloads we need to get started! You guys ready! lets get started

My main first step is shout out to who ever made those files

1. Shout out to who ever made the files.
| IIS PART 1 |
2. Open up "IIS Mysql Installer"
3.Click "Install MYSQL Products"
4.After that click "Server Only" (Put your mysql password dont forget it your going to need it at all times)
5.Once your finished clicking "Server Only", Click "Next" then click "Execute"
6.Then click on Server Manager, Once it opens up click on "Add Roles", after that find where it says "IIS" and check the box.
7. Finally you install it just click "Install"
8. Open Microsoft Web Platform, Search for "PHP 5", Click add next to PHP 5.4.14
9. While Microsoft Web Platform still opened search for "Recommended Configuration" and search for "REWRITE 2.0", Finally click install!

IIS is now setup on your VPS and we are ready to move on! wasn't that easy?

| DATABASE PART 2 |
1.Open up "Navicat" and setup "Navicat"
2.Once you open up "Navicat" On the very far left, Click on "Connection" Name it whatever you want. Make sure it says "Root" and then put the password you put when you installed MYSQL
3.Left click on it add database call it "retro" or whatever you want
4.Drag the database its located in the "EMU Folder" provided and click "Start"

Once that is finished your database has been setup and your ready to rock and roll to the next step


| CMS SETUP 3 |
1. Go to files and click "Local Disk" then click "inetpub" then open up "wwwroot" and delete everything inside that folder.
2. Open up the cms file I provided or yours doesn't matter
3. Copy all the files and extract it to "wwwroot"
4. After that is done, click "app" then "management" right click on "config" and open it with "Notepad++" (Link provided at the top)
5. Edit where it says "Password" put your MYSQL password, Also Edit Database to whatever you named your database to. For "server_ip" Put your VPS IP and edit the retro name and so on.
6. Once your done with "config", head over to app/tlp/skins/mango (whatever your skin is called if your using your own cms)
7.Find "Client" right click and open it with "Notepad++" and edit the details to yours
8. click on your browser and search "localhost" Your retro should now show up if you got everything followed my steps correctly.

| SWFS SETUP PART 4 |
1. Delete "r63" file in the wwwroot
2. Download the "SWF" that I provided
3. Extract the SWF into the wwwroot folder
4. Once that is done, Open up the "gamedata" folder then right click on "external_variables.txt" and open it up with "Notepad++" Replace localhost with your hotel url press "ctrl + h" for easy replace

ONE MORE LAST STEP BEFORE YOU CAN GET INTO THE CLIENT!!!


| EMU SETUP PART 5 |
1.Extract the "EMU" to your desktop
2.Click on "Bin" , "Debug" and look for "config"
3. Right click and open up with "Notepad++"
4. Edit everything to your settings
5. Once done "ctrl + s" to save.
6. "Run EMU"
7. Refresh your browser sign up and enter the client don't forget to enable flash!

Now you are done I hope I made it very simple and detailed. Give me advice and let me know if you have any questions. I'll be happy for advice.

Disable MySQL strict mode and run the SQL file again. In future make a thread in the Habbo Help & Support section for a faster reply.

You sure? Might also need Framework 3, 4.. 5 is already included. It appears on the Next after ticking Webserver - IIS.

Navicat can't find Db anyway, so from step 2 won't work.

Your anti-virus software just detected the patch you need to use to crack navicat=to get premium free. No harm, just done it myself.

Started following that video but i keep getting the error "Warning: PDO::__construct(): Server sent charset (255) unknown to the client. Please, report to the developers in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\app\classes\class.db.php on line 7"

any clue on how to fix? i've set up the config and still get this

Drag which database from where to where exactly?
There are two entire github folders, with everything in it, that severely confuse me which i have to drag and drop (again, where exactly)

If i try to execute any SQL files in Navicat, they all error out
