i then followed a tut to allow past firewall i did it then i re port forwarded then went on to canyouseeme and still error.

It's 3306. Then you've got a different error if that dosent work

Hi could you help what should i do i port forward but don't work iv'e allowed past fire wall i'm stuck , also on load up on client theres not a bar to show loading but client does work.

Port forwarding is not good! When you port forward anyone can get your ip and hack you. To fix the thing go to htdocs/app/tpl/styles(I think)/Habbo/client.pho then change your ip.
