How to make a costume room layout

Hi, I was wondin how to make a costume room in the vps and db

As far as I know, room layouts, as I presume you mean, can be inserted into the database by using custom heightmaps. I recommend using cecer1's custom heightmap editor to make your own.

I don't think these can be added to the default room layouts users can get, and can only be created via the database, although my experience with Phoenix is practically none
