How to let users enter my retro site with hamachi?

I have a free DNS website and hamachi but when users go in through localhost or the DNS website or my hamachi ip, it will say that the webpage is not available. Only I can go into the web without any preoblems.

I am using Hamachi I just need to know how to let people get into the localhost website which my friends say that the webpage is not available.

soz cant help i couldnt get mine to work on hamachi or stuff like that
