How to install IIS And Navi cat for pheonix php!
Remember to google how to fix the exploit on the index.php for pheonix php or you will get hacked. Its very easy! So dont worry.
So we begin:
First go to the start menu. Search programs and features. Turn windows features on or off.
You will see a list of programs.
Highlight:
Internet information services. Once you have done that click the little box next to it they will be some more things.
Make sure you have ticked:
World wide web services. And then again click the icon next to it for more programs.
Tick application Development features. Tick the box. And then again tick the box next to it.
You will have another list.
Highlight:
.NET extensibility
GGI
Click ok to save all of these changes! Restart your computer or vps.
Download web platform installer. Open it.
Install these programs:
PHP Manager For IIS.
MySql Windows 5.1.
Url rewrite 2.0.
Go to a search engine again download Helicon Ape.
Well done the next step:
Go to a search engine. Search navicat. This will be your database. Download navicat premium!
Open it look at the tabs at the top click connection.
Click mysql. Choose a connection name! For example your hotel name. Choose a password.
Leave the other feilds blank.
Click your connection it should load up if it dosent then you did not install mysql correctly. This is on web platform installer the same as the other ones.
Right click. New database. Choose a database name. Click ok. Right click the database you made. Click execute file. They will be 3 boxes under encoding you can try and click them all or unclick them all to import your database.
It will say if it was successful or not you need to restart your navicat to see if the database went on or not.
Well done the next step:
Click on iis the program you installed.
Find sites. It will say a defult site double click this. Click explore.
Delete all of the files inside. Paste your pheonix php.
Change the config. Your hotel will be up on IIS And Navicat!
