If your looking to do an Habbo Emulator, Id just recommend opening up a STABLE version look at the commands and functions, (start with commands). Try your own, and trial and error, get help, and keep on doing that, then start fixing other things. Best thing is to release your work, and get criticism, then you know how to improve it.

Sadly I only code in RP, I've got a stable version, but, I'm currently using that for my development, I'd say search for AresCJ emulator. his v26 version is really stable, Just search through his source code.
