Download ConTEXT, its simple, and easy plus you get an option bar so you pick what you want to make for ex. C/C++ or PHP, Pearl, ect..

Your lucky I'm using ConTEXT at the moment for my school project so I have time to help you.
1.)Open ConTEXT after its downloaded and installed completely
2.)Go to File(The left top corner) and click Open File or just do CTRL + O.
3.) Locate that file and open it
4.)Your file should be loaded and you can now start editing, and saving it.
