How to edit permissions for ranks?

Hello everyone!
I am using BcStorm Emu and DB but it does not seems to me that i can find the permissions table in my db.

No permissions for each rank! With phx it was called permission_ranks :s

Like.. I can change what the rank 7 are allowed to-do with commands like:
:shutdown
:coins
ixels and like that !

ah, if you go to your emulator file search for commands.ini and edit the rank set for each command
