How to edit page layout for /me, etc [help]

I've searched the forums for a good 20-30 mins, I can't find it. How do I change the layout of the pages? And is there a way to bypass how many users can join on the SAME IP?

Go to /app/tpl/skins/YourSkin/ and there are the files. Next time read the documentation.

If you mean u want to change the background, go to app/tpl/skins/{YOURSKIN}/images , find the file name "bg" and overwrite it with your own background.
