How to edit badges using paint.net?

for example how do I change the text in the badge like for example it says "Habbo Staff" on badge how can I change the texts on it with my hotel name Im not completely sure how to use paint.net cause im a bit newbie about this and I would like to know how to do those things please comment below would be much helpful for me.

You have to use the select tool to get the colors, then using the pencil color over the text, and manually draw each letter yourself.

Yes, for badges you use the pencil tool for all of it. and the colour picker.
Alternatively you can always post a thread or look for threads that offer free badges for your hotel

I got that but one problem how do I use the pencil tool to change the texts it gets me confusing.

You have to zoom in and do pixel by pixel.

It is a lot of work, I believe there is some people on here that are offering service to do this for you.
