How to edit avatar images

Hey guys

On Habboon, on their staff page the avatars are cut in half like so:

Is there a certain script that I need to do in order to get this? There are a few avatar images I'd like to change around my CMS and haven't got a clue how to do this.

Figured it out. Used a div tag and hid overflow and changed height. Thanks though
