If you're using PlusEMU R1 it's in the PlusStaticGameSettings.cs if you're using R2 it's in the server_settings

ALSO, there's the subscriptions table which certain VIP ranks get certain credits/duckets on top of the original ones, maybe you need to change those too if you're ranked as VIP.
