How to change the icon of the Gotws points bar

I have problems changing the icon of the Gotw bar, I try to change it from the .swf in images but it does not work (I delete cache and it remains the same). Any solution?

There are multiple images you have to change in the swf , it's like 2 or 3 , not just 1. You have you go through and find them all.

It's weird because in my .swf there's only one image with that icon. But I will do what you say, but if something is needed, tell me.
