How to change over head staff badge on plus emu?

Hi, How do I change the over head staff badge with my own staff badge?

It's the staff.swf enable, found in your gordon folder.

You've to download a SWF decompiler and then open staff.swf which is found where @HDN said and then you can right click the image, save, edit it to say anything you want and then save the image file, after that you then go back into the SWF decompiler and replace the image then save the SWF.
