How to add new language to habbo?

Guys, i got question: how to add new language to habbo? Chinese/Spain/Arabic/russian for example? What need to do?
I have write on the external_flash_texts, mean they not show a TEXT! Help people

I have a tryed for much r63 Habbo.swf.. When i try to write on russian, so i can't, only with english alphabet.. When i write on the external_flash_texts on russian, so they not show it on client

Uhmm? I don't understand what your saying here, you can easily edit external_flash_texts.txt to make it russian if you want to.

Have you restarted the emu?

I have tryed everythind.. Not work, idk why.. Maybe crack or custom characters?
