How should I make the register?

Looks messy, "Ok" box looks horrible, background is quite nice, a lot of empty space for an index.
Maybe add some info boxes? a register maybe?

Adding a couple of boxes where you could put things which make the hotel unique... Otherwise, for the register, I am clueless... Code and see how it comes out...

This is quite plain and simple. With a little work , it's possible but in it's current state .. don't use it.
