The rank your on probably dont exist in permissions_ranks or you need to empty your chatlogs.

the common error is a rank error, make sure. your user is eith an existing. rank, the rank exists.

if it was rank error, the emulator wouldn't start.

Its the chatlogs, what NoEffex said is right, trucate/empty your chatlogs table in your database..
