How do people crack SWFs?

I've seen so many hotels who have cracked their own SWFs, now I know it might be 'complicated' but
how is this done?

1) Decompile the SWF w/ RABCDASm.
2) Remove the host protection.
3) Remove the domain protection.
4) Add the "connection.info.host" property back to the SWF (near some proxy area).
5) Remove RC4 if your emulator doesn't support it, or change the N & E keys.
6) Recompile.

Done.

Does doing all this include things like c_images and furniture swfs or just the habbo.swf?

You do this to the Habbo.swf.

I don't what you mean by that, I'm asking how do people grab all the swfs for like clothes etc.

They do it manually by reading the SWF and the assets the SWF has/calls. You can make simple scripts to download all of this once you've got the paths & file names, such as reading the figuredata/figuremap etc.
