How do I translate the WHOLE client? (incl. commands, etc)

Hi. I want to translate my whole client to my own language. Is it anything that I should be aware of? In my country we have Å Ä Ö which is &aring &auml &ouml. Do I have to use these when I'm translating it all? And first of all how do I translate the client? Which files? The commands is really important, so I can set the min.ranks for them and so on.

I use the BCstorm emulator by Leon with a r63b database. Both downloaded from KyleVonnies tutorial on how to do a retro.

I don't really know why I marked some things with RED. They are just examples of words I want to translate.

Check External Variables/External_Flash_texts for Client. Commands are usually Database side/Emulator.

external_texts is where you are looking for. Somethings are coded into the emu though.

Those are html entities, nothing to do with flash / other things than html
