How do i translate a CMS?

So just recently i found a Spanish CMS with working groups, homes, discussion boards and news comments all in Habbo style but obviously its in Spanish... Now I've only had a brief look around these forums trying to find a tutorial on how to do it but I've gotten no luck, Any help would be much appreciated.

Put each page of code into google translate. It will take a while but It will get the job done

Ok thanks ill try that now, i considered doing that but ive read other replies to certain Layouts and they made it out to be something hard to do.
